Getting inside

The first thing we notice is the DVD-ROM drive holder. The best way to get the screws holding it in is to have a Phillips screwdriver with at least 2 inches towards the end that is less than 1/4" in diameter that can fit into the holes above the screws. My changeable tip screw driver would not fit through the holes but I still could undo the screws without using the holes.

There are two screws on the back that must be removed in order to get the tray out.
